This page describes how long Bridgad retains different categories of data and how you can request deletion.
Retention periods

| Account & workspace data | Life of account | Deleted within 30 days of account closure. |
| Ad platform data (synced) | Up to 24 months | Configurable per workspace; deleted on disconnection. |
| OAuth tokens | Until revoked or disconnected | Rotated automatically; revoked tokens purged within 7 days. |
| Application & audit logs | 6 months | For security, debugging, and compliance. |
| Support communications | 2 years | To track context of your requests. |
| Backups | Up to 30 days | Encrypted rolling backups may briefly retain deleted records. |
How to delete your data
You can disconnect any connected ad platform from Integrations. To delete an entire workspace or your account, contact support@bridgad.com. We will confirm identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
