2. Service Description

AdUnify provides a platform for managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Turkish e-commerce marketplaces. We aggregate data, provide analytics, and offer optimization suggestions.

3. User Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Ensure accuracy of information provided to the platform
Comply with all applicable advertising platform policies
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of AdUnify is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with KVKK and GDPR regulations.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Limitation of Liability

AdUnify provides suggestions and analytics based on historical data. We are not responsible for advertising campaign performance or outcomes. Users are solely responsible for their advertising decisions and budget allocations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
