Last updated: April 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bridgad website and Services ("Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. This is a good-faith placeholder pending final legal review.

1. Who can use Bridgad

2. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity in your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@bridgad.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content and data

You retain all rights in the data you connect to Bridgad via OAuth (e.g., ad platform performance data). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data to provide the Services. We do not sell your data and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.

4. Acceptable use

5. Plans, billing, and trial

Some features may be offered as paid plans. Pricing, billing cadence, trial length, and refund policy will be presented at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension or deletion of your account.

6. Beta features

Features labeled "beta," "preview," or "coming soon" are provided as-is and may change, break, or be removed without notice.

7. Intellectual property

Bridgad and all related marks, logos, and software are owned by Bridgad or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or exposure for Bridgad or other users, or if the Services stop being offered.

9. Disclaimers
