This Privacy Policy explains how Bridgad ("Bridgad," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is intended to align with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements), and other applicable U.S. privacy laws. Bridgad's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models, do not sell it, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and only transfer it to others as necessary to provide the Services, with your consent, or as required by law.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers (e.g., hosting, database, email, analytics) that process data on our behalf under contract, and with advertising platforms as needed to read your campaign data. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, and security.
