This Privacy Policy explains how Bridgad ("Bridgad," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is intended to align with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements), and other applicable U.S. privacy laws. This document is a good-faith placeholder pending final legal review; please contact support@bridgad.com with questions.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, password hash, account type (Agency / Brand), and workspace metadata.
- Ad platform data: campaign, ad group, ad, and performance metrics pulled via OAuth from connected platforms such as Google Ads and TikTok Ads, limited to the scopes you authorize.
- Usage & diagnostics: pages viewed, actions taken, device type, browser, IP address, and error logs.
- Support communications: emails and in-app messages you send to us.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and secure the Services;
- Sync, analyze, and display your ad performance data;
- Generate performance suggestions and reports;
- Provide customer support and respond to requests;
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse and fraud;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Google User Data — Limited Use
Bridgad's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models, do not sell it, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and only transfer it to others as necessary to provide the Services, with your consent, or as required by law.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers (e.g., hosting, database, email, analytics) that process data on our behalf under contract, and with advertising platforms as needed to read your campaign data. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Ad performance data is retained for up to 24 months in the Services unless you delete it or close your account. See the Data Retention Policy for details.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Delete your account and associated data;
- Port your data to another service;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising);
- Limit use of sensitive personal information.

7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), scoped access control, and regular audits. No system is 100% secure.
8. International data transfers
Bridgad is headquartered in the United States, and personal information is processed in the U.S. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
